As a Cloud Consultant, you will be a key contact person to our clients and assisting in crafting solutions to overcome their challenges. This position gives you the opportunity to talk
and present to numerous people of all levels from different industries. You will be able to grow and groom your assigned territory and create wonderful customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Developing positive customer relationships and handling customers’ solution needs & challenges
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
Working alongside the Solutions Architect team, marketing team to draw up strategies to increase the client base
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts)
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success of business relationships
Maintaining excellent relationships with principals
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in Cloud technology
Prior corporate sales experience (2 years or above). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
A Diploma or Degree in any field (Information Technology will be an added advantage but not necessary).
Knowledge in Cloud Technologies: Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure will be an added advantage.
Proficient in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Project management experience will be an added advantage
