  • Assist Head, Business Management & Finance and take ownership in all business planning, strategy and performance management activities:-
  • Monitoring and reviewing of sales performance related matters from initiation through disbursement.
  • Building and managing the regulatory and management reporting.
  • Providing value-added analysis for management reporting.
  • Liaison Officer for external regulators or parties for proper governance i.e. BNM and auditors.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that the computation of sales incentive/commission in accordance with the approved incentive schemes, including ensuring of timely payout of incentives/commissions to the sales personnel.
  • Acts as the liaison person to the relevant stakeholders in relation to all performance management & reporting related matters.
  • Develop and manage KPI framework for all sales channels.
  • Coordinate and manage the cross-selling initiatives inter and intra Division via salesforce/CRM.
  • Support Enterprise Banking in business review with Senior Management & Board.
  • Support the business planning and development of strategic priorities, strategy formulation and execution.
  • Communicate the strategic vision and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment with the Division’s visions and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights, recommendations, and actionable items with rele
  • vant and up-to-date market research to business stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and long-term business planning.
  • Works closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities.
