Ensure the safety all the time and drive efficiently to the Managing Director and their family members to the various locations including residential business, event appointment or any travel destinations when needed.Maintaining vehicle maintenance and ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order. E.g; (sending service according to the status of the vehicle during inspection/driving or a periodic schedule based on the period of usage distance as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.)Responsible for delivery work and performing other official tasks as directed including collecting/sending documents to the Customs Department, JPJ, Customer Office and others.Ensure that vehicles, equipment and resting places under care are in good condition and clean at all times. (The vehicle must be cleaned every morning or when the time is directed.)Updating the Vehicle Book Log for any service/maintenance work, tire pressure, Touch n Go usage and petrol. (Each receipt must be presented.)Plan and adapt routes based on traffic or schedule changes to ensure on-time arrivals.Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.Keep an accurate record of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with door-to-door service and other needs as required.Respect and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of the employer.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Assist with simple admin work in spare time. Comply with the code of driving ethics such as:
• Keep your physical and mental health in good condition
• Comply with road laws
• Drive safely and prioritize the safety of passengers
• Do not use mobile phones while driving
• Ensure vehicle engine, tires, brakes, radiator water, battery water, tire wind Age, steering wheel, siren lights and directional devices are working in good condition
• Ensure enough petrol/gas before starting work
• Ensure that the vehicle is in a clean condition outside and inside
