Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager at HISAKAWORKS S.E.A. SDN. BHD. in Subang Jaya. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets by conducting market research and analyze sales data.
  • Responsible for sales of company product and services to existing and new customer
  • Responsible for negotiating contracts, following up and preparing quotation in response to client’s requirement and close sales deals.
  • Conducting Market Research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Developing a deep understand of the products or services offered by the company, as well as the competitive landscape.
  • Manage sales pipelines with timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Travel to customer sites for technical support, product inspections, and relationship management as required.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to align performance goals and drive competitive success.
  • Oversee local operations, including rental utilities and general site management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

Requirements

  • Strong sales background with experience managing operations independently.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written, Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing complex sales deals.
  • Ability to work autonomously in the Johor region, handling operations, sales, and client relationships.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate complicated technical issue with effective presentation skills.
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive, and have excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
  • Posses own transport with valid license & must be willing to travel.
