- Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in order details, pricing, and customer information.
- Coordinate between sales staff, customers, and internal teams for smooth communication and order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about products and services.
- Maintain proper filing and data entry.
- Handle general administrative duties in the office.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Must have at least an SPM qualification or equivalent high school diploma.
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Required skill: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
