JR65994 Senior Financial Analyst I

As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Finance Systems and Process Excellence team you will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and designing Finance requirements for relevant systems and projects as well as participate in functional testing, change approval and helping the business complete user acceptance tests and signoff. You will be involved in evaluating solutions and being the bridge between key stakeholders and the technical teams. You will provide level 1 support by troubleshooting system issues, specific to standard costing and inventory, as they arise during the quarterly plan and monthly close cycle and disposition recommended solutions. This role will also require you to collaborate cross functionally across groups, including but not limited to, Operational Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounting, FP&A and IT. This role will require excellent business partnership and innovative problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and best in class solutions to meet the business needs. You will be responsible for communicating corporate priorities, projects & objectives and working with business partners to meet those commitments.

Responsibilities:


Drive best-in-class processes by understanding competitive benchmarks, establishing internal objectives, and driving accountability throughout the organization

Serve as finance subject matter expert for all improvement initiatives.

Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to develop and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and meet changing business needs.

Collaborate with other teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationships


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
3 years of work experience, preferably in Cost Accounting or Manufacturing Finance

Project management experience a plus

Preferred Skills:

Ambitious and intellectually curious, with a high energy level, growth mindset and passion for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, and can translate findings into insight and develop tangible action plans for implementation
Strong systems and data management skills, including tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
Proven ability to perform in an environment characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid interpersonal relationships based on mutual trust and influence across functional boundaries
Experiences with Project management are preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English-language communication and presentation skills
