IT Manager
- Develop an effective IT road map that meets the business objective of the organisation
- Creating and updating IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices
- Understanding of retail F&B technological trends, evaluating and recommend to the board and CEO on solution that could benefit to the organization.
- Lead and oversee IT projects, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are deliver on time, within scope and budget
- Coordinate with other department/business units to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate project progress
- Be able to work and communicate well with stakeholders, internal and external parties
- Maintain essential IT, including but not limited to email systems, laptop, desktop, software, hardware, ERP and restaurant retails system
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Manage vendor relationship and evaluate vendor performance
Job Purpose: The IT Managers is required to assist the organization on IT planning, execution and management of IT system within the organization.
