  8. Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product improvements and iterations.
  9. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Quality Assurance specialists to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered product meets quality standards.
  10. Product Demos: Conduct regular product demos to showcase new features and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  11. Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, fostering innovation and finding ways to optimize the product development process.
  12. Taking an active part in the product roadmap planning with product management, responsible for team estimations on the roadmap items as input for the planning exercise.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with ERP systems, preferably with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) / AX.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile product development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs while considering various factors such as business value, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Proficiency in using Agile tools and project management software.
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
