- Provide daily administrative support to the Contract Manager
- Assist in the tender preparation process, including document formatting, compliance checks and coordinating submissions
- Participate in taking off quantities from drawings and specifications to support tender pricing
- Organize and maintain tender-related documentation, including schedules, deadlines and correspondence
- Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tenders
- Perform data entry, file management and document preparation related to contracts and tenders
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and track tender progress
- Provide general office support, such as answering calls, emails and managing supplies
- Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors
- Fresh graduates or proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within contract management or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
