Job Purpose

  • To perform sales activities and ensure all sales target are met in accordance to the budget
  • To ensure that efficiency is carried out while interacting with customers and prospects (pre-sales, during sales and post-sale)
  • To instill customer service mindset
  • To ensure that Retail/Sales Excellence is met every month

Job Responsibilities

Operational

  • To ensure all sales target are met in accordance to 5the budget or other promotions organized by Central Marketing from time to time
  • To support and coordinate in the planning for product launch as approved sales plan
  • To execute all launching activities as approved by GM / Operations Head
  • To monitor all sales chart display materials and information are updated daily
  • To coordinate and perform sales activities / promotion for events internal and external i.e. road shows, exhibitions, launching as approved plan
  • To perform, close and key-in sales activities / sales transaction as per the assigned target
  • To ensure all sales policies are adhere accordingly
  • To closely follow-up on sales documentation i.e. signing of Sales and Purchase Agreement, collection of full 10% deposit, complete sets of purchasers booking data form, etc. as per requirement within the approved time frame

Job Responsibilities (Con't)

  • To feedback on competitors / market survey on bi-weekly basis
  • To provide daily sales reports on sales close, walk-ins and call-ins received, and follow-up status on the prospects
  • To ensure all information of registrant and purchasers are keyed into system accurately and updated
  • To key-in and update sales enquiries into the sales force system on daily basis
  • To monitor allocation of Bumi units as determined by authorities
  • To handle complaints by purchasers and to channel them to the respective departments concerned for appropriate actions
  • To attend to other job functions as and when instructed by the Sales Manager
