Randstad is partnering with a well-known retail brand. They are currently looking to hire an Head of E-commerce Manager (Fashion - Premium brand) to join them.
You will need to
• Define and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to meet company sales and growth objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of own website
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce platform, ensuring it is fully functional and updated.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance the website's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
• Manage and coordinate website content updates, product listings, and promotions.
• Manage social media strategies and campaigns to boost engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure the availability of in-demand products online.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Enhance the online customer journey by improving navigation, speed, mobile compatibility, and checkout experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in e-commerce management with Retail Brand
• Experience in managing Brand owned website is a must.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
