  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at BMW Wheelcorp Premium in Shah Alam. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer-focused service, handling customer service inquiries, effective communication, and aftersales support.

Qualifications
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Aftersales support experience
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
