  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business accounts through identification, shortlisting, and direct engagement with potential clients.
  • Present and propose tailored recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates via both passive and active channels to final placement.
  • Interview and assess candidate qualifications and compatibility with client needs.
  • Provide consistent follow-up and negotiate terms to ensure successful placements.
  • Maintain and update management information systems and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, clients, and our headquarters, ensuring seamless communication and requesting support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sales professional, or 360 Consultant within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong track record in business development and account management.
  • Excellent awareness of current market conditions and the ability to leverage market intelligence in recruitment strategies.
  • Professional communication skills and effective client and candidate engagement.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to report and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
