Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented *Administrative Assistant* to join our team at Forest Cloud. This entry-level role involves providing administrative and accounting support, handling logistics arrangements, and assisting with data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of managing paperwork with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Documentation:
- Accurately enter data into company systems and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
2. Invoice Management:
- Prepare and issue invoices for B2B clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up on invoice payments and handle any billing discrepancies.
3. Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange logistics for B2B and B2C orders, including packaging and shipment tracking.
- Manage stock transfers between different locations or warehouses.
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
4. Administrative Support:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed with administrative duties.
5. Coordination with the Accounts Team:
- Work closely with the accounts department to ensure smooth processing of invoices and payments.
- Provide data and support for financial reconciliations.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:Entry-level position; prior experience in administration is an advantage but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to Detail:Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Player: Willingness to support different departments and assist where necessary.
