Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager: Identify and develop solutions on Salesforce
  • Assist in Transitioning Tasks: Move tasks from third-party vendors to internal development
  • Address Back-End Development Needs: Support live environment updates
  • Participate in Project Management Activities: Use tools such as Asana and Monday.com
  • Utilize SOQL for Database Interactions: Handle reporting and database management.
  • Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to address specific business requirements and enhance platform functionality
  • Integrate Systems and Optimize Processes: Utilize APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems, while continuously optimizing existing applications and workflows for improved efficiency and user experience
  • Conduct Quality Assurance and Documentation: Perform code reviews and maintain high standards through testing and quality assurance processes, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation and user training materials
