Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential high-value clients within your market segment.
- Develop and execute effective client acquisition strategies to increase the firm’s client base
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their financial needs and present suitable wealth solutions.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all their wealth management needs.
- Proactively anticipate and address clients' financial needs, providing timely and personalized solutions.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Drive Sales:
- Cross-sell and upsell a wide range of financial products and services,
- Stay up to date on the company’s product offerings and market trends to effectively promote and sell them.
Wealth Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth clients.
- Provide financial planning advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend tailored investment and wealth strategies.
We're looking for a results-oriented professional who:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or team management within the financial services industry.
- Boasts a deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and building strong client relationships.
- Is a results-driven individual passionate about exceeding targets.
