Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role based on-site in Puchong. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR activities, managing recruitment processes, payroll progress, assisting in employee relations, and supporting HR initiatives and programs.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Support in organization planning and hiring planning according to company’s hiring needs.
  2. Develop and plan for the training programs, companies activities according to the company's objective.
  3. Ensure the recruitment activities align and hit the requirement of hiring。
  4. Ensure the salary, contribution, payment of the HR department are on time and accurate.
  5. Continuously enhance employee planning, benefits, HR policies, and procedures to meet the company’s goals.
  6. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.
  7. Knowledge of Lean Management and safety/first aid is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative Major HR, any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in computer literacy.
  • Excellent leadership, management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Industrial Act, employment-related laws, and regulations.

Working Hours & Days: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Working Location: No. 6 & 8, Jalan Utama 2/28, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.
