Senior Executive-Human Resources (HRBP)

We are looking for Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team and be based in Wisma Genting.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Business Partner to the assigned business units and deliver HR strategies/initiatives to support the business.
• Provide guidance and HR services support to the business, when appropriate, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, talent development, etc.
• Manage recruitment activities and develop effective network with potential talent in the marketplace to proactively build up talent database for immediate and future openings.
• Organise and deliver employer branding activities to manage and improve talent attraction, engagement and retention.
• Manage and constantly enhance on-boarding programme and conduct follow-up sessions periodically with new employees to engage and retain them.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, disputes, disciplinary matters appropriately to minimise disruption to operations and potential risks.
• Consolidate and administer HR management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist in implementing rewards & performance management initiatives, C&B strategy and planning by conducting market survey for the industry.
• Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the long-term success of the organisation in creating a high performing culture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as HR generalist/HRBP or Recruiter role.
• Experience and sound knowledge in talent assessment & selection system, employee and industrial relations and regulatory requirements.
• Wiling and enthusiastic to participate in various HR projects and undergo cross training within the department.
• A good team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
