  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational activities are completely executed.
  • Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
  • Attend regular meetings with the team and clients to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.
  • Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency or implement new products.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks and audits regularly.
  • Keep manager advised of any operational / process weaknesses and non-compliance with controls in Card Operations.
  • Ensure quality & timely submission of User Acceptance Test.
  • Monitoring ATM conditions and balance. Manage terminal handling & inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or banking in Ecommerce or any related field.
  • Min CGPA 3.3 and above
  • Prefer to have internship period of 6 months
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
