We are seeking creative, self-driven and highly organised inside sales professional to help us grow the business in the region. This role needs the person to be able to understand customer needs, map to our solutions and help close deals.
Roles& Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a plan for your territory to meet revenue targets.
- Ability to learn multiple SaaS (cloud) products in different domains like CRM, Collaboration, HR etc.
- Understand the customer's needs and map Zoho software capabilities to the customers need. Engage with prospects in meaningful conversations with deep product and domain knowledge.
- Recommend solutions to customers in tandem with pre sales engineers.
- Ensure product demonstrations and all pre sales queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Collaborate with product teams and update product knowledge constantly.
- Suggest improvements to the team on how to grow sales.
- The drive to close deals.
- Degree / Diploma in Business or Information Systems/ IT Applications Development or a related field of study.
- Experienced in Software sales (SaaS) / B2B sales.
- Experience in selling similar solutions is a plus.
- Excellent business level skills in English and Malay or Mandarin is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Minimum 4+ proven sales experience.
- Candidates who can prove their analytical capabilities and show their ability to adapt to the requirements for software (SaaS) sales, from other streams, will be considered.
- Knowing LinkedIn to generate sales leads is a plus.
- Self-starter – you think outside the box to solve issues and address concerns.
