  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for monitoring Project Inventory Masterlist (PIM), PO Open Report (IGIR), Document Tracking System (DTS) & Purchase Requisition (Synergy)

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

  • Daily update and assist Project Inventory Masterlist (PIM)
  • Act as a bridging across all department (operation, warehouse, procurement)
  • Involve in task force and Purchase Requisition (PR) creation from invoices
  • Involve on PR creation from Material Equipment Requisition (MER) and extension rental in PIM
  • Daily monitor and assist documents in the document tracking system based on MER & Action Notice (AN)
  • PR creator by field
  • Create new PR & extension rental PR based on MER and AN for TEC, asset and material items in ERP systems

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • Minimum 2 years experience in oil and gas fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software/system
  • Technical skills and knowledge in planning and operation of construction project
  • Skills in inventory system and workflow process
  • Strong work ethic

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree (in any field)
