About the role
Amir Jaliha Enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Internship (Account / Admin Clerk) to join our team in Kuantan, Pahang. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an administrative and accounting support role within a dynamic and growing enterprise.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance departments
- Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Preparing basic financial reports and documents
- Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude
