- Due to recent growth, our client has expanded to international locations with dedicated teams serving over 6500 customers globally.
- Saudi Arabia is one of the most important locations, and we are currently looking to recruit an in-house Senior IT Manager to join this cross-cultural team to support the promising local business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the business objectives of the company.
• Provide leadership and direction to the IT department in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data, applications, and systems by implementing and maintaining appropriate security controls and practices.
• Manage the IT budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for the use of technology to improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT solutions are aligned with business requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that service levels are met and costs are controlled.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to benefit the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Fluent in English, Chinese language can reach conversational standards and has the ability to communicate across cultures.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that support business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their potential applications in business.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
