  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Lead and oversee a dedicated team to assist the Business Development department consistently.
  • Engage in regular discussions with the various internal teams to enhance all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for increased work efficiency.
  • Effectively manage all tasks delegated to our team, including:
    • Pricing Support: Conduct price checks across various platforms to ensure our products maintain a competitive edge. Also, provide ad hoc pricing assistance.
    • Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Solutions team throughout the contract endorsement, package booking, invoice billing, payment reminder, and order closure processes. Additionally, offer ad hoc support to the marketing team.
    • Campaign Support: Aid the Business Development team in providing services to sellers, such as Mass Upload and Voucher Creation. Additionally, provide ad hoc support during campaign days.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field, with work experience in managing a team and business operations background
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success
  • Flexible and open-minded with good service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiry
  • Analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
