Job Description

  • Manage part-time agent: task assignments, monitor KPIs and QA score. Training and coaching of agents.
  • Scheduling and monitor attendance for part time agents.
  • Undertake project work as required; undertaking any initiatives identified based on business needs.
  • Execute urgent listing takedowns and identify gaps that address listing-related issues.
  • Monitoring platform to ensure the quality and the legitimacy of the listings, particularly in relation to tackling Prohibited Listings on the platform.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experienced applicants are welcomed to apply.
  • Proactive, resourceful, result-oriented and capable of working tentatively as an individual or even team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, and Malay, in both verbal and written forms (fluency in additional local languages such as Mandarin would be a plus).
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills always.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a plus.
