Role Description

The Exhibition Project Executive is responsible for delivering successful exhibitions based on the client's requirements. This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya. The Exhibition Project Executive is responsible for project planning and overseeing the execution of the entire project. The role requires a combination of creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in exhibitions or marketing industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues and suppliers
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours or on weekends is required
• Willing to travel to other country for project management purposes
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
