Job Description
- Able to handle full set of accounts and manage day to day accounting operation activities including support in the overall Finance & Accounting transactions
- Prepare payments voucher, invoices, bank reconciliation, documents and letters
- Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
- Ensuring statements of accounts are prepared correctly.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in accounting/admin or the related field
- Computer literate & knowledge in SQL Accounting and Payroll software (Preferable)
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook
- Requires Language (s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fast learner and able to work independently
- Good attitude and passionate on work.
- Available to start work immediately is an advantage
- Working Location: Balakong, Selangor
