Job Description

  • Able to handle full set of accounts and manage day to day accounting operation activities including support in the overall Finance & Accounting transactions
  • Prepare payments voucher, invoices, bank reconciliation, documents and letters
  • Maintain proper filing & accurate entry in system.
  • Ensuring statements of accounts are prepared correctly.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in accounting/admin or the related field
  • Computer literate & knowledge in SQL Accounting and Payroll software (Preferable)
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook
  • Requires Language (s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fast learner and able to work independently
  • Good attitude and passionate on work.
  • Available to start work immediately is an advantage
