  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.
  • Monitor, report, data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality
  • Track and monitor quality related metrics and initiate plans for corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
  • Cooperate with moderation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard.
  • Participate in and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
  • Execute the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by leader

Requirements
  • Experience in QA of category labeling tasks on social media platforms and/or QA of social media video / livestream content moderation
  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in QA team, planning, or strategy role, experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets with advanced formula application and database software (Advanced Excel and Google Sheets) experience required.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as a team.
