  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are hiring Nursing Manager, Fertility to manage Fertility Centre efficiently and effectively in line with Hospital goals and objective in all aspects of the Fertility care nursing and organization to deliver the quality care to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Implement infection control guidelines and nursing procedures.
  • Lead and support nursing staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans.
  • Manage resources and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain medical equipment inventory.

Quality and Customer Service:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Promote safety and health care standards among staff.
  • Enhance service quality and foster a customer-centric culture.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Review incident reports and take necessary actions.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Assist in budget planning and resource management.
  • Develop and review standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in product evaluations and corporate marketing efforts.
  • Engage in healthcare promotion and activities.
  • Undertake projects and duties as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Possess Degree/Diploma in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with a valid license with Malaysia Nursing Board.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience and 2 year’s supervisory level in related field.
  • Supervisory experience in fertility center is an added advantage.
  • Post basic certification is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage resources and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to quality care.
