As a Product Specialist, reporting to the Commercial Director for Southeast Asia (SEA) and Taiwan, you will be instrumental in understanding market trends, regulatory requirements, and industrial demands. Your goal is to provide customers with expert guidance on precision-engineered solutions tailored to their specific needs, ensuring success in the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Expertise - Deliver comprehensive knowledge of our precision measurement products, including features, applications, and industry-specific use cases, especially in sectors like HVAC, Semiconductor, Data Centers, Manufacturing, and Machinery.
  • Customer Consultation - Partner with customers to identify their unique challenges and recommend tailored solutions that align with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Market Development - Identify regional market opportunities and assess product demand in SEA and Taiwan, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
  • Technical Support & Training - Collaborate with the sales team and channel partners by providing product training and resolving technical inquiries during the sales process.
  • Product Development Collaboration - Work closely with the R&D team at the main headquarters in the U.S. to provide customer feedback and performance insights to drive product improvements and innovation.


The Successful Applicant

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial measurement and control systems.
  • Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or data center industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia and Taiwan's market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
