Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on SEM experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing SEM campaigns with exceptional results and be capable of leading the SEM team to enhance our clients' online presence and boost their ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SEM campaigns end-to-end, from strategic planning, implementation, and optimization to performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement SEM strategies to achieve client objectives, including paid search, display advertising, and remarketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, and web development, to optimize integrated marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while meeting KPIs and achieving high conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEM industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Mentor and lead the SEM team, providing guidance on best practices and encouraging professional growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (PPC, display advertising, remarketing) with proven results in campaign management and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI.
  • Experience in a leadership or management role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
