As the (Sr.) Grow Partner, APAC, you primary role is responsible for overseeing and managing projects (PMO) related to employee engagement, implement organizational design changes/career path development, professional development, and HR communications. Reporting to Head of Grow, APAC, this role is pivotal to ensure these initiatives align with Straumann APAC’s strategic goals, fostering a positive work environment and supporting our people’s growth.

Your Main Scope

  • Overall project Management Plan, Execute, and monitor the assigned global/regional Grow projects, including develop project plans, timelines and deliverables, and ensure stakeholder (HR, business) alignment. Whilst completing projects on time, within scope and budget is a minimum expectation, you will be able to demonstrate consistent delivery of high value and effective outcomes that have a real impact on the organisation.
  • Uphold employee engagement:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy for APAC region utilizing data analytics (e.g. weEngage, 360, attrition, etc).
    • Identify key drivers of engagement across the diverse geo-culture in Asia Pacific region and implement high impact programs to enhance overall employee experience.
    • Develop and implement a consistent approach to measure and assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives, making strategic adjustments as needed.
    • Lead as the regional champion of Straumann engagement survey (weEngage) process, participate in global weEngage project team and partner with country HRBPs for the annual roll out.
    • Lead the design and implementation of Manager Effectiveness enhancement project.
  • Defined Grow strategic projects
    • Lead the APAC Communication Flow project. Co design and lead the APAC employee communication strategy and within that strategy, develop the pool of Influencers and Sense-Makers to maximise informal networks.
    • Co-design and drive the implementation of APAC Sales Career Path project in alignment with the launch of global Work Level in APAC.
    • Develop and execute a “branding”/”promotion” strategy for APAC Grow programs/initiatives that foster the learning organization culture and enhance employee’s learning experience (the “moment” that matter).
  • Ad hoc Grow tasks per request.
You have,

  • A bachelor's degree in the related field. Certification in HR or OD is desirable.
  • Proven experience in regional project management, employee engagement, change management, particularly in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Critical skills for the role, for instance, excellent communication, strong influencing, culture awareness and sensitivity working regionally and internationally.
  • A learning mindset, plus, do or do not, there is no try.
  • An analytical mind, ability to turn data and feedback into insights, reporting and enable continuous improvement.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Mastery of English is required and proficiency in at least one other major Asian language (such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Hindi) is highly desirable.
