  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct verification and testing of transceivers at the module level.
  2. Coordinate SPVT and EPVT to ensure design compliance with specifications.
  3. Develop BOMs and test specifications to assist the NPI team in introducing new products.
  4. Collaborate with the test development and production teams in Ipoh.
  5. Develop test plans and execute tests according to these plans.
  6. Partner with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to enhance yield.
  7. Communicate across various sites.
  8. Travel to work with the production team during critical development phases.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics, Automation, or related fields, with a strong foundation in electrical and communication systems.
  2. Experience in the telecommunications industry is required, with a preference for experience in transceiver products.
  3. A deep understanding of transceiver principles is advantageous.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
  5. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
  6. Proficient in module and system testing.
  7. Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Key role in the new product introduction process, including setting up product BOM structures, defining test configurations, and overseeing qualification.
  9. Responsible for troubleshooting and qualifying products during the development phase.
  10. Manage the transfer of products to manufacturing and provide training for manufacturing engineers.
  11. Collaborate with a talented team of R&D engineers.
