  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled D365FO Technical Developer to provide quick turnaround technical support, develop software solutions, and ensure high performance and stability across our ERP applications. This role will involve close collaboration with various teams to enhance system capabilities and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate technical support for D365FO modules.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions for change requests (CRs), including writing, testing, and deploying code.
  • Offer IT services, such as managing code repositories, supporting technical challenges, and conducting quality assurance.
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within D365FO, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to configure, test, and deploy system enhancements.
  • Support system testing phases, including UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Stay current with advancements and best practices in D365FO ERP systems and related technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback, recommending process improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
  • Support the integration and evaluation of third-party applications and extensions with D365FO.
  • Contribute to training efforts, including creating documentation and delivering workshops for end-users.
  • Actively participate in team efforts, focusing on continuous professional development in ERP systems, software development, and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Developer or similar role, specifically in developing D365FO ERP systems.
  • Competence in MorphX, X++ programming, and DevOps management skills following D365FO best practices.
  • In-depth development experience, including customized functions/enhancements, interface integration, and developing new reports with D365FO and Dynamics AX.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or Retail Sector is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) ERP products, with a focus on daily operation support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to assist in system testing, quality assurance, data migration, UAT, and end-user training activities.
  • Willingness to learn about third-party integrations and extensions relevant to financial and supply chain operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively within a diverse, cross-cultural team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
