Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Bamboo Hospitality Group Sdn Bhd in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing top-notch guest services, handling reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in handling reservations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
