Job Responsibility
- Handle general administrative duties (filing accounting records, preparing invoices, SOA, receipts)
- Perform QC on machinery
- Prepare purchase orders, sales orders
- Conduct stock take
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks (if required)
- Provide clerical support to the accountant
- Answer phone calls, customer queries, and respond to emails
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (advantage), Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Responsible and well-organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Team player with a pleasant personality
