Job Responsibility

  • Handle general administrative duties (filing accounting records, preparing invoices, SOA, receipts)
  • Perform QC on machinery
  • Prepare purchase orders, sales orders
  • Conduct stock take
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks (if required)
  • Provide clerical support to the accountant
  • Answer phone calls, customer queries, and respond to emails

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (advantage), Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Responsible and well-organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
