Surplus distribution & Regulatory form submission

Role And Responsibilities

  • Declaration and distribution of underwriting surplus and investment profit to participants.
  • Perform system UAT and data checking for surplus distribution to participants.
  • Conduct Tabarru` Fund Management in line with company strategy, Shariah principle and regulatory framework.
  • Ensure timely regulatory submission (e.g. FT5, FT6 & FT7) and involve in ad-hoc tasks as required from BNM and management.
  • Perform analysis and provide explanations on the financial results and communicate the findings to management.
  • Enhancement and improvement of current process and procedure, ensure all the templates are prepared with appropriate internal controls and reconciliation, provide explanations for any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely submission and involve in ad-hoc tasks as required from BNM and regional office.
  • Support on other works such as local solvency reporting, impact & sensitivities assessment and other regulatory reports.
  • Provide guidance and review juniors’ work
