  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Min SPM Holder with a minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computers (Microsoft Excel/Word etc.).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work on a 24/7 rotational shift (5 day working 2 days off in a week)
  • Able to read Mandarin traditional words
  • Able to mainly handle live chat & email and outbound calls.
