- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Min SPM Holder with a minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not essential
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Knowledge in handling basic computers (Microsoft Excel/Word etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work on a 24/7 rotational shift (5 day working 2 days off in a week)
- Able to read Mandarin traditional words
- Able to mainly handle live chat & email and outbound calls.
