- To assist in attend customer and close sales/follow up on sales, provide before and after sales services.
- Maintain good relationship with customers and handle customers' requests and enquiries.
- Responsible for customers’ enquiry, to ensure customer request, feedback & complaints are logged and resolved on time.
- Participate on behalf of the company in event or workshop.
- To undertake any task or assignment as may be assigned to you by your immediate superior or management from time-to- time.
- Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales target.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates must possess at least SPM and above.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; Candidate with 1-2 years of working experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Required skill(s): Communication skill, sales communications and sales strategy.
- MUST be able to work on shift duties, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Able to Start work IMMEDIATELY will be added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- With Commission Would Easily Reach RM5000 and Above.
