Operation:

- Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to secure reservations and ensure quality standards.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and provide assistance with complaints or refund requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
- Tour Leader
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel sales or operations.
- Strong understanding of the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms.
- Knowledge of Asean destinations (optional but advantageous).
