YOUR ROLE
- To assist engineer to complete project.
- Work specifically focus on assembly, example SAW, Die Attach,Wire Bond and Molding.
- Provide their full support to the engineer, safety rules, procedures, and programs.
- Ability to perform all basic duties/tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology / Material science / Chemical) or equivalent.
- Preferably internship duration of 6 months or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Minimum CGPA > 3.2 above.
