Oversee the daily operations of the injection moulding department, ensuring optimal production efficiency and quality.
Manage and train a team of machine operators and technicians.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machines, molds, and processes.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet delivery deadlines.
Organizing and planning the daily work with regard to plans, economy, staff and environment;
Preparing cost estimates, records and reports;
Identifying shortage of staff or components;
Instructing and training new staff.

Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding or a related manufacturing field
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
Aggressive and fast learner
Good attitude and responsible character.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Computer literate and numerate.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
