  • Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
  • Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
  • Requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in property development/construction.
  • Good interpersonal, Communication & negotiation skills.
  • Must be literate in using AUTOCAD and Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Word software and Ms Project.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and research new product knowledge as required.
  • Strong team work, flexible and able to accommodate changing priorities and directions.
  • Possess own transport and wiling to travel locally as required
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Willing to work long hours and weekend when required.
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Being technologically savvy, especially with construction management software, is also increasingly important in this digitized field.
