Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dell EMC - L1 Support Engineer at Softenger located in Kuala Lumpur City. The Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and ensuring the smooth operation of operating systems. The role will involve providing excellent customer service on-site.

Permanent role with Softenger Malaysia, working for Dell EMC Project
Eligible: India candidates are preferable
Salary: RM 8,000 Is the max.
Looking for L1 resources to join immediately at Standard Chartered Bank. The candidate has to go through 2 interviews (1st interview with Internal Dell, 2nd with SCB).
This candidate will be working with a set of L2 and L3 engineers as well.
Below are the Job Requirements:
• Knowledge in PowerMax/VMAX
• Knowledge of Connectrix (Brocade) switches
