Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Custodian of the System User ID and accountable for authorisation and maintenance of the User Access Matrix (UAM).
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the Group IT Security Policy through periodic review of the application security controls and UAM.
  • Maintain detailed records of user access controls, changes, and incidents.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support initiatives under GCDO.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Managers in organizing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and prepare regular reports.
  • Assist in project meetings, which includes scheduling, preparation of meeting minutes, and distribute meeting outcomes and follow-up action items.

Business Analyst Skills:

  • Analyze business processes in the Bank to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including data collection, reporting, and creating presentations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the Bank’s current data ecosystem, particularly from the data user perspective for any data analytics initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop metrics for project tracking, risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a knowledge repository for system/project-related documents and templates

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent).
  • Experience (2+ years) in administrative role, User Access Management or PMO roles and Data Analytics initiatives preferably within the banking sector
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Eagerness to develop a career in project management and learn from experienced professionals.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the success of projects and the organization.
