Supervisor (to be based at Pavilion Damansara)

Key Duties

• Motivate sales staff to ensure the sales target are achieved
• Opening and closing of store
• Daily and monthly stock count
• Provide product training to sales staff
• Handling customers’ complaints and defective items
• Maintain standards of staff discipline & housekeeping
• Provide feedback on the team’s work performance
• Store maintenance, i.e. lighting, fixtures and display materials
• Ensure proper maintenance of customer data
• Arrange roster and manage daily shop operations
• Manage stock and control inventory
• Maintain VM display at shop level
• Prepare monthly traffic and demographics report
• Ensure special promotions are carried out effectively and efficiently  Develop a succession planning with Retail Manager. Able to identify and groom the next in line
• Assist in adhoc matter as and when required

Essential Requirement

• At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory role
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak several languages will be an advantage
• Strong passion to provide excellent customer service to customers

• Experience in fashion retail industry preferred
