Objectives of Role
- The role has accountability for delivery towards the goals and objectives shared by the Marketing Operations to meet Client’s business outcomes.
- The individual is responsible to liaise with client Ad Operations SME & leads to ensure smooth Quality process
- Accountable for the delivery of business results by the team
- Accountable for managing client stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities
- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good inter-personal skills and the ability to independently work with the client
- Graduate with excellent knowledge of the Digital Marketing Ecosystem & Familiarity with ad serving platforms for advertising
- Detail oriented, the candidate must be able to look at large sets of data and determine where a problem or potential upside exists and next steps.
- Demonstrate ability to think strategically
- Target driven and self-motivated
- High degree of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency (including advanced features such as Functions and Pivot Tables)
- Objective and analytical approach to decision making
- Proven experience in issue & risk management
- Possesses an interest in working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds and is willing/able to adapt to those cultural norms in order to get results
- Willing to work different shifts, including night shifts
- Innovative - with the ability to think out of the box
