  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

UCT is looking for a talented Sr AR Accountant to join us in Malaysia!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day to day Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including but not limited to communication with customers and accounts operations, resolving billing and payment issues.
  • Ensure billing documents and cash receipts are processed accurately and timely.
  • Prepare AR dashboard.
  • Compile and submit billing documents via customer’s portals.
  • Responsible for managing E-Invoicing activities.
  • Prepare weekly AR cash forecast.
  • Responsible for AR month-end close activities.
  • Responsible for internal and external audit requirements.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance / Accountancy or relevant studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of AR experience.
  • Prior experience in SAP.
  • Organized, meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Sound knowledge in finance control processes and accounting.
  • Drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry is preferred.
