Manage the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. Candidate will coordinate HR processes, recruitment, work permit documents coordination & ad hoc tasks.
This position is a 1-year contract role with a possibility to convert into a permanent role.
• Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview, job offer & on boarding.
• Proactive in campus recruitment and internship program.
• Manage Work Pass process (preparation/submission/cancellation/update/renewals).
• Coordinate staff travel arrangement within domestic & international travelling.
• Preparation of HR documentation: Offer letter/ Employment contract / Termination Letter etc.
• In charge for checklist for arrival/departure of employees (IT service, exit interview, return of belonging of the company etc.)
Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Management, preferably major in Human Resource Management
Job Experience: At least 1 - 2 years working experience in HR. Experience in hospitality / travel / tourism industry would be a plus.
Knowledge: HR Administration, recruitment
Skills: Scheduling and organisation, reporting, verbal and writing communication
Software: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Workday
