Tech Recruitment Consultant

What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for IT roles
• Conducting in-depth candidate screening, interviewing and assessment to identify the best fit for our clients
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Providing consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies and market trends
• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to expand our client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Continuously developing your expertise in technology recruitment and industry knowledge

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferable with recruitment agency or IT sales experience
• Proven track record of successfully closure
• Excellent consultative, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
